Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $99.99

Most orders ship same day if placed by 3:30 pm EST Monday – Friday. We believe that getting your orders delivered quickly is very important. You can almost always expect to receive your order within 1–5 business days to anywhere within the United States.

Need your order faster?

We offer faster shipping options for every item, including UPS next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary and can be determined during the checkout process, before any credit card details are needed. Selecting a shipping upgrade option will guarantee the delivery time. *All expedited orders placed after 3:30 pm EST, please allow 1 additional business day for delivery.

Shipping Information

All domestic orders will be shipped USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. When you place your order online you’ll be able to select your preferred method of shipment directly at checkout. All shipping methods and costs will be displayed prior to selection. We offer First Class Mail, Priority US Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, and UPS Saturday Delivery. Shipping methods determined at checkout will depend on the service availability in your zip code.

Shipping to a PO Box? Orders shipping to P.O Boxes are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates apply.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped by Priority US Mail International unless otherwise specified. Delivery time is 6 to 10 business days and includes delivery status information. Express Mail International is a faster service that we offer. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days and includes delivery status information. Due to the unpredictability of international shipping and customs, delivery times and additional fees for international orders can vary. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for international customers who refuse or mail back a shipment. It is the responsibility of international customers to understand all duties, fees and taxes that might occur in customs before placing an order.

Shipping Errors

Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, must be reported to eemedicals within 2 days of receipt. If all representatives are busy, please email sales@eemedicals.com and include your name, daytime phone number, order number and we will return your call. The time of your email will be documented. EEmedicals will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments discovered after 2 days.
